Local Alert Weather 0102 AM

KTVZ

Good morning, Central Oregon!

Another morning with freezing fog for parts of the region. This freezing fog is larger than yesterday mornings. Therefore, take time to get started today. There’s slick spots on roadways from the rime, which is residue left from freezing fog. This will also need to be scraped off your cars. It won’t be until the afternoon we’ll see some of the fog leave parts of Central Oregon. Daytime highs will be chilly in the low to mid 30’s. Skies will stay cloudy throughout our Tuesday. Overnight, temperatures will drop back into the low to mid 20’s with patchy freezing fog returning.

The fog will stick around until Wednesday afternoon. It won’t be until mid-day we see the clouds break up in our skies and see partly cloudy skies.

On Thursday we see a warm front move through bringing temperatures into the lower 40’s with a chance of rain Thursday and Friday. For the weekend skies will dry up and temperatures remain around average.
