Hello Central Oregon!
Today we were fairly cloudy with temperatures around average in the mid 50’s. This evening we’ll remain cloudy, but our skies will clear up overnight. Temperatures will continue to fall in the low to mid 30’s.
Tomorrow morning our skies will become cloudy once again. Rain showers will begin around 2 along the Cascades. If you’re driving over the passes be ready for mixed showers and wet roadways. This will be a great day for Mount Bachelor with about two inches of fresh snow in the next 24 hours. For Central Oregon there’s a slight chance of rain showers in the afternoon. On top of the rain Easter Sunday will be fairly breezy with winds up to 20 miles per hour. Daytime highs will be back in the mid to upper 50’s. Overnight our skies will begin to break up once again and temperatures will fall into the low to mid 30’s.
Monday a cold front will continue to push through bringing our temperatures into the low 50’s. We’ll remain fairly breezy. Our skies will remain partly cloudy until Tuesday. A warm front will move back into the region. It will bring with it cloudy skies and warmer temperatures back in the lower 60’s. Towards the end of the week there could be a chance of rain starting Thursday and last until next weekend.
