Three killed in rollover crash in Vancouver
VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) – Officials say three people were killed and another suffered critical injuries in a crash in Vancouver, Washington.
KGW-TV in Portland reports that the crash occurred at around 10:20 p.m. Friday near Grand Boulevard and East Evergreen Boulevard.
Vancouver Fire and police said they responded to the crash and found a heavily damaged BMW sedan. It was occupied by four individuals.
Two of the occupants were dead and two were taken to the hospital, where one later died. The fourth passenger is in critical condition.
Police say speed was an “obvious factor” in the crash. It wasn’t immediately known if alcohol or drugs were involved.
Investigators are investigating what caused the vehicle to roll.
