Local Alert Weather 0520 PM

KTVZ

Hello Central Oregon!

Our Sunday started off with some intermittent rain showers. The rain stopped around the afternoon and has since moved off toward the South East. Throughout the evening our skies clear up and our temperatures will drop into the low to mid 40’s. On top of the cooler temps our winds become breezy throughout the night.

Monday morning our temperatures will be mild when you head out the door and our skies will be sunny, so grab those sunglasses! We stay sunny for the rest of our day. Because of this we’ll have temperatures warm into the mid to upper 70’s. Skies stay clear on Tuesday and the warming trend continues as temperatures reach the lower 80’s.

Tuesday evening our weather changes. Clouds will push in and bring with it a slight chance of rain showers. The chance for rain increases Wednesday afternoon and evening. Wednesday temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80’s. Due to the warmer temperatures and the mix of moisture in the atmosphere, this could create thunderstorms. The chance for thunderstorms sticks around Thursday.

Rain showers continue to stick around for the rest of the week. Temperatures begin to drop in the upper 70’s.
