Sunday PM Local Alert Weather Forecast

KTVZ

Good evening Central Oregon

Hot temperatures today for us across the region today.

Average for this time of the year is upper 70s and today we were well above that mark topping out in the mid 90s.

Hazy and smokey in some parts of the high desert today because of the fires in the area.

Things will change though as we make out way through the evening.

We will see winds pick clouds will push in off of the Oregon coast, and we may get some cloud overage in Central Oregon at time overnight and into Monday morning.

Winds tonight will be out of the northwest at 5-10 MPH gusting up around 30 MPH, lows overnight tonight in the upper 40’s to 50s.

Much cooler for us tomorrow with highs in the 70s across the region.

That wind is set to stick with us as we make our way through the day on Monday as well.

Then we will be back into the 80s by midweek with plenty of sunshine!
