Culver man gets 3 years in N.D. marijuana case
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – A Culver, Oregon man caught in North Dakota with 30 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle has been sentenced to three years in prison.
A Morton County sheriff’s deputy stopped 61-year-old Ricky Fischer on Interstate 94 in mid-December.
The Bismarck Tribune reports that Fischer pleaded guilty to a felony drug count and was sentenced in late June.
