Local Alert Weather, Wed. AM, 8.29.18

KTVZ

Good Wednesday Morning, Everyone…
With high pressure dominating our weather we will see sunny skies today with the warmest temps we will see for the next few days. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80’s. The advance of a cold front will ramp up westerly winds to 5-15 mph with gusts to 25 mph later in the day. With that front will also come some clouds. Under partly cloudy skies tonight’s lows will be in the 40’s. Gusty NW winds will become light and variable after midnight.
Cooler temps will follow the passage of that front Thursday. Look for highs around 80 and lows down into the low 40’s. We will see plenty of sunshine and moderate temperatures for the rest of the work week and through the Labor Day weekend. These pleasant conditions will continue into the middle of next week.
