Local Alert Weather – Saturday
Happy Saturday, everyone!
Saturday won’t see nearly the warm-up we saw for Friday. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 60s. The passing cold front will leave breezy conditions at times out of the west around 25 miles per hour. Clouds will be overhead throughout the day and we have a slight chance for scattered sprinkles throughout the High Desert. The weather will be quite appropriate for the beginning of fall, which begins at 6:54 p.m..
Overnight into Sunday clouds will gradually begin to break up. Temperatures will be cold for overnight lows in the 20s and low to mid 30s.
Sunday’s highs are nearly 10 degrees below average in the low to mid 60s, but this is our coolest day on the 7-day forecast. Mostly sunny skies are expected by lunchtime and we will see more sunshine to follow for the week ahead.
Overnight lows will hover around average in the mid to upper 30s for the first week of fall. Daytime highs will be above average in the mid to upper 70s and lower 80s. Mostly sunny skies are ahead for the week ahead as well.
Have a happy & safe weekend!
Enjoy the last few hours of summer and first few days of fall!
