KTVZ

Good Friday Morning, Everyone…
A winter storm system coming down from Canada will bring storm activity to our east, but only an increasing cloud cover to Central Oregon. We are currently out ahead of the front, so we are looking at highs reaching the mid to upper 50’s today. Breezes will become light out of the NE. Skies will be mostly cloudy tonight, but we will stay dry. Lows will be in the 20’s with light breezes turning southerly.
Cold air behind the front that passes tonight will leave us a bit on the chill side Saturday. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40’s Saturday and lows will dip down into the teens Saturday night. That little cold blast will be brief and we will see temps back into the low to mid 50’s beginning Sunday. Conditions are expected to stay pretty fair through Wednesday. The next system will push in Wednesday night bringing a chance of rain and wind that will last through Thanksgiving Day.
