Local Alert Weather, Mon. AM, 12.10.18

KTVZ

Good Monday Morning, Everyone…

We woke up to icy, snowy streets and roads this morning and it will take some time for them to thaw out…please be careful. More snow and light freezing rain may be seen this morning, but skies will break up and become partly sunny later today. Highs will get into the mid 40’s and westerly breezes will be gentle. Look for a slight chance of showers by tomorrow morning as lows drop into the 20’s with light southerly breezes. Be aware that this will mean slippery roads again tomorrow morning.

The heaviest activity out of the next system will be seen Tuesday and Tuesday night. Mt. Bachelor could see as much as 12-14″ of fresh snow during that time frame. Showers will come and go for the High Desert for the next several days. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s and overnight lows will be down to freezing or a bit below.

HAVE A SPARKLING DAY IN CENTRAL OREGON!
