Cascades East Transit operations update for Thursday
Due to inclement weather, hazardous road conditions and more snow in the forecast for Central Oregon, Cascades East Transit will operate on a snow schedule for Thursday as described below. Please note that all time points on schedules are estimates, as service may be affected by weather conditions and/or traffic.
Bend Fixed Route and Dial-A-Ride services will operate on a snow schedule. Service begins with regular start times at 6 am at Hawthorne Station. The service then transitions to a snow schedule at 8 am when Bend Fixed Route buses are scheduled to leave Hawthorne Station on the hour. This facilitates a successful transfer from Community Connectors to Fixed Route services. Community Connector services and rural Dial-A-Ride will operate on regular schedules. Mt. CET bus services offer Central Oregon residents a safe and reliable transportation option during periods of inclement weather.
