Good evening Central Oregon and Happy Sunday!

A cool and at times rainy Sunday for the High Desert.

We are going to continue to see chances for rain throughout this evening and into Monday as well.]

With those rain showers pushing through parts of the High Desert are under a flood watch until Monday morning at 11.

The flood watch is mainly in Crook County Just east of Prineville in the Ochoco-John Day Highlands.

Parts of south eastern Deschutes County and eastern Jefferson County are under the Flood watch as well.

Overnight tonight lows down into the upper 30s and 40s.

Winds will be out of the west at 5-10 MPH, and we could potentially see them gust up around 15 MPH at some points.

Heading into Monday we will see rain showers hit and miss for Central Oregon.

Then in the afternoon and evening we could start to see some thunderstorms develop for parts of the High Desert.

Highs are set to top out in the upper 50s to low 60s.

That chance of rain showers will continue though the start of the week, but by midweek we will start to see a bit of a warm up.

Highs will top out in the mid to upper 60s and low 70s.
