Redmond road closures, delays: Week of July 7-13
Here is the city of Redmond’s planned road closures and delays update for the week of July 7-13:
Redmond Area Street Closures, Events and Delays Map
City Street Maintenance Operations:
SW Helmholtz Way from SW Reservoir Dr to SW Obsidian Ave – Tuesday, July 9 thru July 11 starting at 7:00 a.m. thru 4:00 p.m., single lane closures for crack seal operations and manhole repairs. Please use caution and obey flagging operations and pilot vehicles.
SW 7 th St from SW Evergreen Ave to SW Forest Ave – Tuesday, July 9 starting at 7:00 a.m. thru 12:00 p.m., road closure for asphalt surface treatment. Please use detours or an alternate route.
SW Glacier Ave from SW 27 th St to SW 28 th St – Thursday, July 11 starting at 7:00 a.m. thru 4:00 p.m., lane disruptions for asphalt repair. Please use caution.
Crack seal operations will be commencing throughout the City; activities may temporarily disrupt lanes and intersections.
ADA Street Improvement projects and curb ramp enhancements will be occurring at local intersections; activities may temporarily disrupt lanes and intersections.
NOTE – During street maintenance operations, closure durations and disruptions are determined by progress of the operation and weather conditions.

SW Salmon Ave at S Canal Blvd – Intermittent single lane closures from Wednesday, July 10 thru Wednesday, July 17, 2019
SW Salmon Ave near S Canal Blvd will have intermittent single lane closures as Myco Excavation installs sewer services. Please use caution and obey flagging operations.
Ongoing Closures:
NW Quince Ave from NW 6 th St to NW 8 th St – Road closed for construction from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday, July 8 thru Friday, July 19, 2019
NW Quince Ave from NW 6 th St to NW 8 th St will be closed daily from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as York Bros. Excavation extends a sewer line on NW Quince Ave. Please use detours or an alternate route.
SW 10 th St from SW Highland Ave to SW Evergreen Ave – Closed for construction thru Wednesday, August 14, 2019
SW 10 th St from SW Highland Ave to SW Evergreen Ave will be closed while Bar Seven A Companies replace outdated water lines and construct new pavement as part of the City’s SW 9 th and SW 10 th Street Improvement projects. Please use detours or an alternate route.
SW 9 th St from SW Deschutes Ave to SW Black Butte Blvd – Closed for construction thru Wednesday, July 10, 2019
SW 9 th St from SW Deschutes Ave to SW Black Butte Blvd will be closed while Bar Seven A Companies replace outdated water lines and construct new pavement as part of the City’s SW 9 th and SW 10 th Street Improvement projects. Please use detours or an alternate route.
SW 15 th St from SW Indian Ave to SW Kalama Ave – Closed for construction thru Thursday, August 15, 2019
SW 15 th St from SW Highland Ave to SW Juniper Ave will be closed while McKernan Enterprises replaces outdated water lines and constructs new sidewalks, curbing, and pavement as part of the City’s SW 15 th Street Improvement projects. Please use detours or an alternate route.
SW 8 th St from SW Evergreen Ave to SW Deschutes Ave – Closed for construction thru Friday, July 26, 2019
SW 8 th St from SW Evergreen Ave to SW Deschutes Ave will be closed while construction activities related to the Centennial Park Expansion occur. Please use detours or an alternate route.
