A little more snow
Mt. Bachelor is expecting snow at the highest elevations, with freezing rain at the lodge for the next two days. Snow will return Saturday night into Sunday morning. Skies will become mostly cloudy Christmas Day and highs will reach the mid 30's. Chains or traction tires are required on Santiam and Willamette Passes. You must carry them on all other mountain roads. A long section of Interstate 84 in the Gorge has been closed due to ice and high winds.
