Nice day on the slopes

Of course, under these clearer skies, we are not seeing much by way of fresh snow in the Cascades. Mild conditions will prevail until Friday, when we see the next cold system push in. It will bring a chance of snow showers to Mt. Bachelor that will last through the weekend and into next week. Watch for packed snow and ice on the mountain roads. You must carry chains or traction tires.
