New storm; sub-zero wind chill

Snow has already begun to fall in the Cascades. Mt. Bachelor is expecting 3-6" of fresh snow by Sunday morning. Skies will clear Sunday and temperatures will drop. Highs will be in single digits, and with winds topping 30 mph, the wind chill will make it feel like 20-25 below zero! Watch for packed snow and ice on the mountain roads. Carry chains or traction tires and be prepared for worsening driving conditions.
