ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has come under pointed questioning in court about whether he actually lives in New York. The independent presidential candidate took the stand Tuesday in Albany in a lawsuit claiming he lives in Los Angeles and has falsely listed a New York address in petitioning to get on New York’s ballot in November. The suit seeks to keep him off the state ballot. Kennedy testified that his address was in a New York City suburb but acknowledged moving many of his belongings to California. The case was brought on behalf of several voters by a super PAC led by supporters of Democratic President Joe Biden.
