(update: NeighborImpact Head Start Bend will be on a 2-hour delay)

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — Due to heavy snowfall in southern Deschutes County, Bend-La Pine Schools have announced the closure of schools in La Pine and Sunriver on Monday.

Affected schools include Three Rivers School, Rosland Elementary, La Pine Elementary, La Pine Middle School, and La Pine High School. All after-school activities are also canceled.

School buses will not operate in the Sunriver and La Pine areas on Monday, including routes from south county to Bend.

The district announced Bend schools will be on a 2-hour delay Monday, as they continue monitoring conditions.

NeighborImpact Head Start Bend classes are delayed 2 hours.

NeighborImpact Head Start La Pine classrooms are also closed March 17th due to inclement weather.
