Power Outage Affects Over 2,600 Customers in South Bend

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — A power outage is currently impacting more than 2,600 customers in the southern part of Bend Friday afternoon, according to utility officials.

The outage, reported around 1:02 p.m., is affecting areas within the 97702 ZIP code. As of now, 2,637 customers are without electricity.

The cause of the outage is still under investigation. Utility crews have been notified and are working to resolve the issue. Power is estimated to be restored before 4:30 p.m.
