Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office goats now available for adoption

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — The goats at the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office Rescue Ranch are officially up for adoption, and they’re ready to find their forever homes.

Sheriff’s officials said Wednesday the ranch’s Animal Technicians have provided the goats with top-quality care as they wait to be adopted. The herd is described as sweet-natured, and is friendly with people.

According to the Sheriff’s Office the goats share a close bond, so adopting several together is highly recommended to keep them happy and healthy in their new homes.

Those interested in learning more about the adoption process can call the Rescue Ranch at (541) 588-0869.
