The funding provides critical lifelines to organizations serving Oregon communities hit hard by rising costs and increased demand. The Rosendin Foundation grants will support workforce development programs, family services, healthcare access, housing assistance, and therapeutic services at a time when these organizations face mounting pressure to serve more people with fewer resources.

"The Rosendin Foundation gets hundreds of grant applications from around the country, and this year we are seeing a greater need than ever before from nonprofits that support emotional, occupational, and nutritional health," said Chandra Stewart, Executive Director of The Rosendin Foundation. "Each organization we're supporting today makes a real difference in people's lives, from helping veterans transition to civilian careers to providing safe havens for families escaping domestic violence. We're honored to help them continue their vital work during a time when Oregon families need these services more than ever.”

Heart of Oregon Corps received the largest grant of $25,000 for their workforce development and conservation programs that help young adults build careers while improving local communities. CASA of Central Oregon secured $15,000 to support court-appointed special advocates who protect children in the foster care system.

Four organizations received grants between $7,000 and $10,500. Volunteers in Medicine Clinic of the Cascades received $10,500 to expand healthcare access for underserved populations. MountainStar Family Relief Nursery was awarded $10,000 to support at-risk families through early intervention services. The Giving Plate secured $7,500 for nutrition programs, while The Peaceful Presence Project received $7,200 to continue mental health and grief support services.

In addition, Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity, Bethlehem Inn, Family Access Network, and Healing Reins Equine Assisted Services each received $5,000 grants, and the Humane Society of the Ochocos received $4,727 to support animal welfare programs throughout the region.
