COCC Real Estate Committee to meet remotely Wednesday

BEND, Ore. — (KTVZ) The Central Oregon Community College board of directors’ real estate committee will meet remotely at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7th, to discuss college property matters across the district.

The quarterly meeting includes an update on the recently opened Madras campus expansion, as well as a review of COCC-owned property on Mount Washington Drive in Bend. The committee will also hold two executive sessions to discuss real property transactions, as allowed under Oregon law.

The real estate committee focuses on the management of the college’s real estate assets throughout the district and makes recommendations to the board of directors and college administration.
