Furry Friends: Meet Rex, ‘a happy guy who loves a good game of fetch’

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Meet Rex! Rex is a 2-year-old mixed breed looking for his forever home at BrightSide Animal Center in Redmond.

He arrived at Brightside as a stray and has been full of energy ever since. Staff say he’s a happy guy who loves a good game of fetch and enjoys playtime with other dogs at the shelter.

If you're looking for an active and friendly companion, Rex could be the perfect fit.

“He has a lot of dog friends here at the shelter. He's been doing really, really good with that. Two of his friends are Prada and Peanuts. One is a female, and one is a male -- [both dogs are] about the same size as him.” Shelter Manager Hannah Loftis said.

Because he gets along well with other dogs, he could be a great fit for a home with dog siblings.

Head on down to BrightSide Animal Center in Redmond to meet Rex. They're open Tuesday Through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
