TERREBONNE, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Faith Hope & Charity Vineyards in Terrebonne will host “Threads of Hope,” a quilt and antique sale benefiting FHC Crush Cancer. It's happening this Saturday, Aug. 29. Admission is free for the event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will support Central Oregon families facing cancer. The funds help cover everyday expenses during treatment, including gas, groceries, lodging and child care.

Visitors can browse and buy handmade quilts and antiques. Local wine and wood-fired pizza will also be available for purchase at the vineyard, located at 70450 NW Lower Valley Drive in Terrebonne.

Quilters and donors interested in contributing to the benefit can contact organizer Miriam Lea. Lea can be reached by email at leami@yahoo.com or by phone at (503) 575-0717.
