Jury acquits delivery driver of main charge in shooting of YouTube prankster

LEESBURG, Va. (AP) — A jury has found a delivery driver not guilty in the shooting of a YouTube prankster who was following him around a mall food court earlier this year. Alan Colie was acquitted Thursday of aggravated malicious wounding in the shooting of Tanner Cook, who runs the “Classified Goons” YouTube channel. The jury was split though on two lesser firearms counts, convicting Colie on one and acquitting him on the other. The April 2 shooting at Dulles Town Center set off a panic over fears of an active shooter. Colie said he acted in self-defense.
