Urgent care worker accused of sexual assaults while claiming falsely to be a nurse in Philly suburbs

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) — A dozen additional victims say they were victimized by a medical assistant who falsely said he was nurse when they sought treatment in recent months at an urgent care facility outside Philadelphia. Police filed aggravated indecent assault and other charges against 33-year-old Ramon Garcia on Thursday. Authorities said that a day after charges against him involving two victims were announced last month, more women came forward. Garcia is in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville with bail set at nearly $250,000. His lawyer says Garcia maintains he is innocent.
