Bend woman traveling to Poland to assist Ukraine refugees

Next month, Bend resident Sandra Kowalski says she will be traveling to Poland, near the Ukrainian border, to work with the charity All Hands and Hearts, weatherizing refugee shelters for the upcoming winter.
