At long last, Bend’s rebuilt NE Neff Road-Purcell Boulevard intersection reopens
Months later than planned, but a bit earlier than scheduled, the key, rebuilt intersection of NE Neff Road and Purcell Boulevard reopened to traffic late Monday morning, to the relief of motorists and residents.
