More on upcoming closure of Bend’s IHOP – and word that the Redmond Black Bear Diner has closed

We looked into the upcoming closure of Bend's IHOP Restaurant on Tuesday and learned that the Black Bear Diner in Redmond also has closed permanently.

Editor's note: A clarification about the upcoming closure of Bend's IHOP restaurant; their expiring lease is with SFK LLC of Sandpoint, Idaho. Fratzke Commercial Real Estate of Bend was not involved in those lease negotiations and was hired later as current broker for the property owned by SFK.
