BEND, Ore. (KTVZ)-- The cold, snowy weather poses dangerous risks for those living on the street, and as the snow falls, The Shepherd's House Ministries' Lighthouse Navigation Center in Bend has already had to increase its intake.

The center holds 100 people overnight,  but staff extends that number to around 135 people when winter weather hits and poses added risks.
