Bend’s new Costco is bustling – and now, the former location is available to lease

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- KTVZ News learned Thursday that the former site of Bend's Costco Wholesale store at the Forum Shopping Center is available for lease.

The locations along U.S. Highway 20 on Bend's Eastside is listed on the Commercial Realty Advisors Northwest website. It's more than 150,000 square feet on about 12 acres, and also includes more than 600 parking spots.

The listing does not include the lease rate and asks those interested to contact the brokers. KTVZ News reached out, but has not heard back.
