Carpenters union seeks apprentices for high-paying jobs in Central Oregon

You may know about the shortage of workers in skilled trades in many fields on the High Desert, but may be unaware the carpenters union is offering apprenticeships that can lead to high-paying jobs, Patrick Priest reports.
