Governor Kate Brown is holding an 11 a.m. news conference to introduce new guidance for counties and businesses as part of her "Safe and Strong Oregon" framework for safely reopening the state. She will be joined by representatives from the Oregon Health Authority and the Governor's Medical Advisory Panel
