Deschutes County businesses return to ‘Lower Risk’ relaxed business limits

As of Friday, restaurants, gyms and entertainment venues in Deschutes County are able to have 50 percent of capacity inside and up to 300 people outside. But as one Bend business explained, it's not all upside for everyone.
