Cloverdale man, subject of search, found deceased

Last seen Friday night, leaving home for Bend in pickup truck

SISTERS, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Deschutes County sheriff’s deputies had asked for the public’s help Sunday as they searched for a 22-year-old Cloverdale-area man last seen leaving his home Friday night, apparently headed to Bend in his pickup truck.

A few hours later, Connor Lake was found deceased around 5 p.m. Sunday, southwest of Suttle Lake, deputies said. No foul play is suspected, they added.

Lake last was seen around 8 p.m. Friday at his home in the 18000 block of Second Avenue, east of Sisters, Sgt. Grant Johnstone said earlier.
