Deschutes County commissioners reject parking garage, back cheaper option

Deschutes County commissioners voted Monday not to build a parking garage by the expanding courthouse in downtown Bend and instead backed a less-costly option, to add 68 more parking spaces in a redesign of Worrell Park.
