Madras City Council tables Desert Peaks Golf Course discussion; Appointing acting Police Chief

MADRAS, Ore. (KTVZ)-- Madras City Council has tabled discussions regarding the future viability of running and operating the Desert Peaks Golf Course. The meeting takes place this afternoon, where the future of the Madras Police Department will begin to take shape. An acting Police Chief will be appointed with recommendation from the City Council.
