Redmond Fire & Rescue cancels Children’s Fish Fair at Fireman’s Pond, but kids can still fish

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The annual Children’s Fish Fair held at Fireman’s Pond in Redmond has been cancelled this year due to COVID-19 precautions, Redmond Fire and Rescue said Monday.

However, "sometime during mid-May, the pond will be stocked with fish for children to fish for independently of the Fish Fair," Deputy Fire Chief Jeff Puller said.
