Those activists have created online websites to punish the people behind the messages.
One site is called expose Charlie's murderers.
Organizers say they want to out people who are calling for violence with the hope that some of them lose their jobs.
Some people who have posted celebratory messages say they've been harassed online.
One professor at Northeastern University called the retaliation a coordinated harassment campaign.
Meantime, Kirk has gained an even greater following since his death.
His social media accounts across the internet have gained millions of followers in the three days since his death.
