No Kings Coalition plans protest on March 28 at Drake Park in Bend

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) Another “No Kings” rally is set to take place in Bend later this month as part of a nationwide movement. Organizers with 50-50-1 Central Oregon say they are planning a march, protest and mutual aid event for Saturday, March 28.

The event will begin at Drake Park at 1 p.m., followed by a march to the Peace Corner. Activities are expected to continue through 4 p.m. and will include music, community events and a peaceful demonstration. Organizers say the rally is part of a broader national movement tied to opposition against Donald Trump.

They also emphasize that the event is intended to remain peaceful.
