Bend FC boys team finishes second in regional soccer tournament

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The Bend FC boys 2005 team finished in second place at the highly anticipated US Youth Soccer Regional soccer tournament in Boise.

Despite a hard-fought overtime battle, the team fell short in a thrilling penalty shootout, with a score of 4-5.

Coach Wayne Price said he "could not be more proud of the boys' tremendous resilience throughout the challenging tournament.”
