Bend second-grader Neiko Farris dominates on the BMX track

Neiko Farris keeps on winning. The Bend youngster won the regional championships and will look to win a state championship this weekend. Farris is coached by four-time World Champion Olivia Armstrong. Together, they will help grow BMX in Central Oregon - and have a fun time doing it.
