The Big Playback 11/14 Pt. 1: Mtn. View’s clutch TD’s and defense sends them to semifinals; Summit wins nail-biter over West Albany, reaches semis

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ)- The Mountain View Cougars had a tough matchup against Dallas Friday night. The 3rd ranked Cougars got the job done and beat Dallas 14-0 to head to the semifinals for the third straight year. Mountain View had two goal line stands and two fourth down touchdowns that made the difference in the win.

The Summit Storm went up 14-3 in the second quarter against West Albany. West Albany fought back against the top ranked Storm, but came up short, The Storm hold on 14-13 against the Bulldogs. Summit had two explosive plays, one on the ground with Jude Anderson and one in the air as Andrew Guthrie connected with Conrad Dodge. The Storm are now in the semifinals for the third time in 4 years.
