ROC’s Rylov beats Ryan Murphy for 200m backstroke gold

Russian athlete Evgeniy Rylov won his second gold medal of the Tokyo Games, beating out defending champ Ryan Murphy of the U.S. for gold in the men’s 200m backstroke. Murphy took silver for his fifth Olympic medal.
