NE Bend development plan could bring renovation of the world’s last Blockbuster

Plans to renovate Bend's Northeast Second Street have begun. The street will be extended and made into a biking and walking path. There are also plans to renovate the block of land that the now-famous world's last Blockbuster Video currently resides on.

NewsChannel 21's Jordan Williams spoke with the developer to see how soon some of the changes could take place.
