Two Bend elementary schools create safe Halloween fun for kids

The staff at Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend thought of a fun way to connect with kids for Halloween on Friday. Parents and students drove by as faculty in costume handed out holiday treats and treasures.

Meanwhile, teachers at R.E. Jewell Elementary school dressed up and toured neighborhoods aboard the 'Boo Bus,' so that students learning from home can see their teachers.
