Bend adopts ‘Flag City USA’ proclamation

Bend, by city council proclamation, follows Redmond and Findlay, Ohio in declaring that it's a Flag City USA. We talked with the author, Bend Heroes Foundation chairman Dick Tobiason, about what residents can do to help display their patriotism.
