State LCDC adopts ‘middle housing’ requirements

The state Land Conservation and Development Commission adopted rules Wednesday implementing "middle housing" provisions that will require cities to allow duplexes, triplexes, townhomes and cottage clusters in single-family residential zones by mid-2022.
