Battle of the Bats softball tournament brings several local agencies together for a good cause

The first annual Battle of the Bats softball tournament was in full swing at the Vince Genna Stadium on Sunday. The competition featured several local  agencies, including the Bend Police Department, the Bend Fire Department, Deschutes County Sheriff's Office and Deschutes County Parole and Probation. Proceeds from the tournament will go to J Bar J Youth Services.
