Bend-area ‘dust devil’ sends pair of umbrellas flying high
Wendy Lloyd, who lives off Ward Road east of Bend, shared a Ring video that showed a whirlwind that "made for some soaring umbrellas" around 2 p.m. Monday.
"No other losses," she said. "The green one landed int he yard, the blue one landed a block away! One crazy whirlwind!"
